Our Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions that will be applied in the absence of any other contract between us. These conditions are designed to make things easy at both hands to reduce communication gaps and fulfill digital needs.

You agree to:

  • Provide a word count, deadlines, and other relevant information about the requested work.
  • You have to mention supporting information, topics, guidance, article ideas, and other material as requested by the writer to allow for the creation of the work.
  • Answer any questions asked by the writer.
  • Provide prompt feedback on outlines, work, articles, and other content as requested by the writer.
  • Promptly pay the deposit and fees as stated and invoiced by the writer.


Work scope, services, turnaround times, services, and pricing
Please see our conversation between us where we have mentioned all the details such as availability, turnaround time, services provided and the schedule of fees. However, these things will be also mentioned in the quotation that will be provided to you before we start the project together.

All invoices will be raised and sent to you once you reached to us. In most cases, the deposit will be around 50% to 100% depending on the work and it should be paid before we start on your project. You can choose any of your convenient payment methods such as bank account transfer, debit card, credit card, wallets or PayPal.

The things and services that are mentioned in the quotation will be served and any reasonable requests will be counted as additional work will be charged extra. So depending on work the deadline may be increased for which we are not responsible.

All the details and references will remain confidential and will not be shared until you want. We ensure you that no details will be released or distributed publicly via a website, social media, or some other means. We do accept the NDA agreement if you need it. If any writers or we wanted to publish their work on his/her portfolio, they will raise you a request first.

Until we received payment for our work, all the rights will remain for us. On successful completion of the project, all the rights will be passed to the client. So, they can have full ownership of the work for which they have paid to us.
Also, they can use or publish that wherever they wish.

Upon completion of the project/work to the client’s satisfaction, and payment of any remaining fees, the project will be considered fulfilled. After completion of the work, the writer bears no more responsibility to the work and the client is free to do with it as they wish.

If the work is canceled for any reason, you are liable to complete at least half payment and full payment if the word has been already delivered to you.
In such a case, notify us as possible.

The client agrees to hold the writer and us harmless for any such damages that may arise from the writer’s work. In no event shall the writer be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of their work product. The writer assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, those resulting from her work product or from (1) user or client reliance on the materials or documents produced (2) costs of replacement writings, training, or documents (3) loss of use, data, or profits (4) delays or business interruptions, (5) and any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of writer’s work whether or not the writer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Once the writer has been assigned to work their details will be shared with you.
